How it Works
PSD to Final aims to make the WordPress Website build process as straightforward as possible for Producers and Agency Staff.
With years of experince, PSD to Final’s team has been able to boil down the website process to 8 major steps. In most cases, the build process itself takes less than 4 weeks.
Key staff members at PSD to Final work with your Producer or Sales Executive to “spec-out” client requirements (accounting for budget constraints when required) and create a solid technical brief.

Step

Once a brief has been defined, PSD to Final is able to provide a quote based on the Ongoing Maintenance plans (or the Build Only options, if required).
Option 1: Select a pre-built template
If your client is on a budget or a tighter timeline, using a pre-built template is a great way to deliver a sensational looking website. Don’t be fooled by the word template, though; these are fully branded, match the client’s style guide and are very “slick” looking.
Option 2: Custom artwork
If your client has something special / specific in mind, or is looking for something a little “out of the box”; completely bespoke artwork may be worth a look.
Step
4
Using branding collateral, style guides and content supplied by your team (or developed by PSD to Final’s team, in conjunction with your Client Liaison or Producer), PSD to Final’s team of skilled developers builds the new website.
Using the client’s existing server, or a generic unbranded PSD to Final server; PSD to Final publishes the client’s new website behind a password wall; allowing your Client Liaison or Producer to present the site to the client directly.
Step

Step

After client feedback is received and actions laid out, PSD to Final gets to work finalising the client’s new website, tweaking any content, layout or functionality; ready for a final review / approval.
PSD to Final publishes the website; making sure re-directs from the old / current website are in place, everything is as optimised as it can be for SEO, and setting up other services as needed.

In most cases, building a fancy new website is the start of an on-going journey with your Client Liaison or Producer. PSD to Final works hand-in-hand with your team to provide ongoing updates, fresh content and technical support for the new site; giving it the best chance for organic SEO rankings; and keeping the site relevant and useful.
